Horrific/disgusting service from Pick and Pay Princess Crossing
There should be negative ratings for Pick and Pay Princess Crossing. Been a customer of Pick and Pay for decades but the service given today was horrific. The service has been deteriorating for a while now but today was the worse.
The butchery was not aware of the specials (20% off when buying a turkey and gammon). The discount was not loaded at the till points. The butchery manger, cashier's and 2 supervisors made us wait for 1.5 hours at the till points. The turkey was actually starting to defrost when we left the store. Not one apology received. I am really disgusted at the overall service and attitude from Pick and Pay

21 Dec 2023, 12:22Pick and Pay service is horrible. Service has deteriorating for a while now. I have complained with serious complaints 3 times over the last 2 months. All they say is we will try better. All at the same store (Princess Crossing Roodepoort)
