Horrific Pick and Pay - exemplifies shoddy service in South Africa

I gave Pick and Pay one star - I would like to have been able to not give them any stars. I have constantly been overcharged on items that were marked down, having to return to the store to reclaim the refund. And certainly not receiving double my money back despite Pick and Pay's huge boards everywhere guaranteeing this. I thought it was just one Pick and Pay in my area, but it turns out its most of them. I returned items twice now because I was so frustrated with the shoddy service. Yesterday I was overcharged again on items marked on special and to have to go all the way back to the hypermarket will cost too much in petrol. Pick and Pay is a ****ty, ****ty supermarket. Customers need to be aware of items on special, they will charge you the normal price and sadly many of us only check this at home, necessitating a trip back.
