HORRIFIC Experience - PnP Clothing Heiderand Mosselbay

Pick n Pay clothing Heiderand, Mosselbay Not even worth the one star! What a Awfull experiencing and humiliating experience. My family and I decided to visit the PnP Clothing in Heiderand on Sunday 27th June between 12 and 1pm to purchase very needed winter hoodies for my 7year old on. After visiting the online pnp clothing site and seeing winter hoodies were marked off 20% when buying 2, we decided to take my son instore to choose for himself. After having a pleasant and excitig time choosing quite a few items, I was met by the friendly and helpful cashier (Mr Timeco Jantjies). He rang everything and when I viewed the total, I asked why it hadn't deducted the 20% as there is even a board above the boys clothing that indicates this discount. Mr Jantjies agreed and said that he would unfortunately have to wait for the manageress as she would need to help, but she had stepped out. He was very apologetic and sweet about the wait. Eventually the managaress (although the state of her appearance does not validate this) came in, dragging her feet (she couldn't be less enthusiastic about being there and her facial expression confirmed this). Mr Jantjies explained the situation and also that there is a sign regarding this discount. The managaress, Ms Gafsa Hussain just said to him 'it's only on jackets' without having the decency to make eye contact with me, the customer. She took another garment for which I asked them to check for bigger size at another store. Again she left Mr Jantjies to tell me that there was none. I asked to speak to her and showed her the online site with the exact items I wanted to purchase at less 20%. She did not answer me, she left to fetch a jacket and when she came back she showed me and said the less 20% only applies to this. I asked her numerous times how this is possible, but only with answers 'That's how it is and that's how it works). I then asked if she could phone another branch and confirm. This was obviously her breaking point as when she spoke and confirmer she said to the person on the other side 'I'm telling her, but she doesn't believe me' with the most degrading tone. She then held the phone and nudged to Mr Jantjie (the cashier) to ask mebto go over to the phone. This was infront of many people in a crouded store. She absolutely humiliated me!!! I then said that I am the customer and she should have the decency to come over to speak to me. I explained again that I cannot understand what the problem is, why she is not trying to help. I asked her for her name and she quickly said. When I asked that she spell it her answer was 'you spell it, like you say it'. She answered by saying she is 'sick of customers', whereto I rep**** that she should then leave her her job because part of it was to work with customers. She absolutely dismissed me (again infront of a full store and my family), by turning her back on me and a wave as to tell me to go. The worst is when we left the store, my poor boy wanted to know where his warm tops were and I had to tell him we couldn't buy it. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this store. The staff the usually work there, know me buy now and also at other stores as I spend large sums normally buying clothes there. They are always friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately they were not there today. I seriously recommend that PnP reprimand the managaress. If she says that she has had it with customers, showing it she is going to make big problems and PnP is going to lose business. Thank you to Mr Jantjies for staying calm and trying to help. It must be Terrible to be such a sweet gentleman having to work under such a barbaric, unprofessional, distasteful person. My experience can be summed up in one word HORRIFIC
