Horrific Experience

Horrific experience at Pick n Pay Lifestyle Centurion. No customer service, none not existing. Staff standing chatting away - you have to apologize when interrupting them. Out of 30 pay points only 2 are opened - customers must just wait and staff are even sitting next to the open pay points chatting away with the 2x staff operating. Horrible experience. I left my trolley at the pay point and then the staff yelled that I am not allowed to do that! Will never go back to any Pick n Pay
