Horrific customer service

Yesterday i went to pick n pay dobsonville ext 3 to purchase meat to braai , i did my purchase at around 17:30 and was advised to go outside to the guy who braais meat for pick n pay and he will braai the meat for us. To my surprise when i got there he told us with attitude he wont do it as his knock off time is near and he wont be to take new orders, if we want to braai our meet we must go inside and ask if someone cannot grill it for us while saying this him and the security that works there locked the gate to the braai area while we stood there as fools. This was very surprising considering that pick n pay closes at 8 and 7 on Sunday's, never the less we went back inside as advised when we got there another bad experience the guy who works by the grillers advised us that he cant as well as he has already soaked the pans and cant take them out and he told us to go and fry the meat at home ( the nerve). I ended up taking a refund as i was disgusted by the service i received, why does pick n pay offer braai meat services if they failing to do their job. Your staff there do not care about customers they just do as they please because this is not the first time i received horrific service from that pick n pay.
