Horrific Attitude by some Staff at Pick N Pay

My Wife and 4 year Old daughter were at pick n pay to buy some Vetkoeks (which my daughter loves) and some flowers on the 11th January. My Daughter by stood up in the trolley, and fell, cutting her head open. she was rushed to the hospital by my wife, and the lady that looks after the flower market at pick n paya (Mrs Ferreira). My daughter required stitches at the linksfield hospital. The Next day 12th January, my wife returned with my daughter to buy the vetkoeks they had left behind. This is when Ruel made his feelings known, telling my wife that she wasn't allowed to take these vetkoeks as she hadn't paid for the ones the previous day. My wife was horrified, by this man, and even after explaining about my daughter he was determined to treat her like a ********, even to the extent of shouting at her. The staff behind the bakery then tried to cover for him by shouting at my wife some more and playing the race card as I arrived with the supervisor. The manager was then called and after explaining the situation, Ruel was brought to the office, where no apology from him was given for the manner he treated a mother and a 4 year old Child.
