Horrid customer etiquette

Visited The Cresta branch to withdraw an instant Money voucher only to be serviced horribly by one of the cashiers at the kiosk whio advised that it was too early for the amount and that I should check with the other till points in a less than courteous tone. How you speak to a customer to relay a message makes a huge difference. When requesting cash from retailers one feels as though they are beggers irritating a provider. It should not be the case, if a service is advertised one shouldn't feel bad for requesting it.
