Horrible/Pathetic service

I placed an order 25/11/2021 and incorrect items was delivered. I did another order 26/11/2021 one of the items was not delivered. I log a request several time on the app but keep on speaking to a Bot. I send an email but still not getting any joy. I'm not happy with the customer service received from such a big organization. I was advised one of the deliver guys will collect the order 30/11/2021. Its the 6/12/2021 and no one collected or delivered anything. I expected more from PNP. They should really focus on service delivery since 80% off there business consist of customers.
