Horrible treatment

I had a horrible experience at Pick n Pick Busy Corner on Monday the 11th , I bought 4x 1.5 litre coke bottles , took 10 plastics straws for these, an employee at the store came screaming at me that I am not allowed to take so many straws, took me to what I assume to be a supervisor where I was technically made to account why I need so many straws , told that I should use 1 straw per bottle , I have never been so embarrassed in my life as a customer given that my family spend thousands monthly at that store , I was publicly embarrassed and humiliated , unnecessary attention was drawn to me as if I am thieve, I am a loyal and long standing customer to be treated with such disrespect over mere straws, It seems like I will be taking my money elsewhere.
