horrible treatment

I am totally disgusted by the service I got from Pick 'n Pay in Eyethu mall Orange Farm. On the 19/8/017 I went to Pick 'n Pay and bought some items and also used my bank card to withdraw R500 from my account which they told me its declining, I showed them my phone as the R500 was already withdrawn by Pick 'n Pay. The lady called her lady supervisor who did absolutely nothing for me she just offered me a declined receipt after I told her I need the money as I need to get home and go to work none of them cared one bit. I left struggled to get home and to date is Monday 21/08/2017 I still don't have money to go to work and yesterday when I called pick n pay they cut the call in my ear after 15min of holding on. today I called pick n pay again and spoke to Helen nd she told me to bring a bank statement and come back to their shop how long will this take exactly I just want my R500 back that's all I want from eyethu mall pick n pay.
