Horrible staff at Pick n pay Promenade

I went to Pick n Pay at Liberty Promenade in Mitchells Plain yesterday to redeem a R1000 tyme bank voucher and get myself few items thereafter.. After standing on the queue for long, I got to the cashier and she just told me she had no cash.. I asked her if she cannot refer me to someone else since I have been standing on the queue for long, the cashier told me showing no empathy that she will not stand up and ask every cashier.. There was a supervisor walking up and down, and I asked the cashier if she cannot ask the supervisor and she did, supervisor said no one has cash without showing any interest in finding out.. I left my items on the trolley nearby the cashier’s till and went to the supervisor to beg her to ask others..She went to the other cashier and I got the money.. I went back to the till where I was initially and my items were not longer there.. I went back to the store, get them and went back to the cashier.. I told her I got the money and asked her to assist me as I cannot go back and stand at the back of the queue again.. I expected her to explain to the customer that was infront but she did not so I had to explain to the customer myself. Customer asked her if I was there, the cashier told her I did not tell her I was coming back . I asked her how could I tell her that if i wasn’t even sure If I was going to get the cash or not.. Cashier asked the customer if she can assist me , telling him if he does not want me to be assisted before him then she is not going to assist me at all. An argument started between me and the other customer because he felt i should have communicated with the casher, bare in mind mr customer was not there on my first encounter with the cashier. Anyway, I asked the cashier to assist so I can go as i was getting uncomfortable because mr customer was getting angry and everyone was looking at us.The cashier had no name tag , i asked for her name and she refused to give it to me.. I do not recall seeing a name bedge on the supervisor as well. I paid hoping to see the name on the receipt.. There was no name on there, there was only cashier 9..I am so dissapointed at the service i received yesterday.. The cashier is very horrible person and it’s so unfortunate that I have to rate the store.. Please make sure all the staff wear their name bedges at all times. I go to the store more often and it was my very first time seeing that girl.. I would not wanna be assisted by her again..
