Horrible smell at your Orlando east Pick n Pay store

Hi Pick n Pay I am not happy with the health standards kept at one of your stores i.e. the Orlando east Pick n Pay on Sofasonke Street. The store has a very disturbing smell, this has been the case for almost a week. I enquired about the smell early this week but when I went into shop again the smell was still not addressed. I talked to the manager about the smell today, he didn't seem to concerned and commented that he can't smell anything and that he's used to smell, before I could give a response he quickly walked away. The staff says an un-serviced fan is the reason for the smell (why was the fan not serviced in the first place?). I'm personally alarmed at this because people are expected to buy food in such conditions for almost a week already. Can someone please attend to this issue ASAP so that we can buy food in a clean and comfortable space.
