Horrible service Pinehurst Pick n Pay

Never have I ever experienced such horrible service from Pick n pay, I ordered on the ASAP Pick n Pay app, not once but twice the driver was not Infront of my house however on my app it shows the driver is waiting outside, the driver's did not make contact with me however they then returned the goods back to the store. When I called the call centre they said there is no numbers on the system for the drivers!!! What is that???? Whenever I order from checkers I never get this problem. I'm sick to my ****mn stomach for the horrible service I experienced from Pick n Pay today!!! Never use the ASAP APP it still requires alot of work.
