Horrible service: pick n pay asap support

I purchased items of over R1000 and received 2 scratch cards on the 30/05/2026. I won a mink blanket costing about R630, I tried redeeming it and I received an error message . I escalated to asap team and they responded that they would give me a free delivery voucher. Why are they giving scratch cards if they won't allow us to redeem what we won.

Second instance with purchasing online, I bought sleep set for my partner and we only received pants. I called their support team and they advised I should go to my nearest pick n pay clothing to get a refund or a top but the store refused, I called their support team and they advised there was nothing they could.

This is false advertising!!!!
