HORRIBLE SERVICE PICK N PAY ASAP

Order#***8 I placed an order at 15:30 and I haven’t received my order. No driver has picked it up and i called the customer care and they are taking me from pillar to post telling me that my order has been cancelled but my money is not on the app. How do they call themselves Pick ‘n Pay ASAP if it goes over 3 hours without receiving an order?
