Horrible service - Pick 'n Pay

I wonder if PicknPay realise that the shopper is the person who keeps the store going? And not the staff doing you a favour? Just went to Steeldale shop to buy Five Roses 200 tea bags on special for R 79-99 a box. Charged me R 96-99 at the till. When I said no, the supervisor grabs the box, charges to the tea section (with me in tow) and says the ticket on the shelf is for JOKO, when it clearly says Five Roses. She grabs the ticket off the shelf, gives it to me for the advertised price and puts the ticket in her pocket. Clearly it was not updated at the till and the next poor shopper is going to pay the full price. How disgusting !!! And by the way, I tried to phone and were put through to 3 places to speak to the store manager. Nobody even bothers to answer the phone!!
