Horrible service pertaining ASAP refund:-(

I have requested a refund from my PnP ASAP app since December 30th and still nothing. I have made several phone calls to them including yesterday where they said I'd receive it today by noon. Not only is the 10 working days wait a ridiculously inconvenient, but even within the long wait there isn't a payout. Checking other reviews, we are complaining of the same thing. Maybe they don't even know where to click in order to make our funds available back in our accounts.
