Horrible Service- Missing groceries items

I purchased groceries via ASAP, but some items which I had purchased on special were missing. I’ve asked them to deliver the missing items as I can not accept their refund where they devide the number of items by the sale price which puts me at a loss as I would have to add extra money to replace those groceries items. I am so disgusted and very disappointed at Pick n Pay’s bad service at handling this matter, to this day I haven’t been assisted/ got my groceries items delivered.
