Horrible service from staff to supervisors

I got the most horrible experience from pick n pay mall of the north .on the 20th of November 2020 17:45 I went to the store to buy turckey ,I went to the fridges n couldn't find any so I asked for help from one of the butchery workers( who had no name badge on ) he said to me come this way Turkey is this side n he led the way n I followed, when he got there he confirmed that indeed there was no Turkey, n he said to me "it's a pitty that I have washed the machine otherwise I would cut it for u ) n then I asked him are you saying that there is turkey in the store is just not cut n u cant cut it for me because u have already washed the machine to cut it ?? N he said yes because I am knocking off @ 18:00 ( keep in mind this was 15 minutes before knock off time ) I said ohk n then I asked for the supervisor whom I also had to wait for 10 minutes before he could attend to me , n then I explained my story n his response was he is busy in the liquor store n the supermarket manager has knocked off ...n then I asked the manager so what should I do now ?? N he said he doesn't know
