Horrible service from PnP Asap

I placed an order at 10am this morning and 3 hours later this is not delivered instead the times for delivery keep moving, now delivery is estimated at 4PM - 6PM.

How in the world of hell is this even possible. The PnP ASAP app estimates 60 minutes delivery time which you never stick to but this is the lowest of the barrel. I have called the PnP customer service line ***twice in total of 11minutes and no answer but the automated machine.
