Horrible Service from PnP

I bought my granddaughter some cloths from Pick n Pay at the Mall@Reds as gifts. The cloths still had tags on them with just the price removed. Some of the cloths did not fit and my daughter went to change them for a smaller size. The manager Strike was absolutely rude and abusive with my daughter, he refused to change the cloths of give her a voucher to the equivalent value. My daughter was so upset and embarrassed that she just left the cloths there and walked away. I am really appalled at the service of the manager and staff of PnP cloths store at the Mall@Reds.
