Horrible Service from Pick n Pay Online

Did an online order (Order Number ***) from P&P on 26/11/2021 at 9AM - the delivery was apparently at our place at 8PM that night, and we weren't home. The delivery arrived the next morning with everything that was supposed to be frozen, completely defrosted, and one item missing. Escalated this via email to customer service, have not heard a word back from them.
