Horrible Service from Pick n Pay ASAP - Southdown Shopping Centre (Centurion)

On the 6th December 2023 my order (Order #***3) was delivered to a wrong address and I sent them an email within 30min or getting the delivery notification, 2days later still didn't get a response and only got a call from the driver on the 9th December 2023 insisting he came to the right address but when I asked him to confirm the address he gave me the same wrong address( went to house 44 instead of 4A). Few days later of back and forth emails, I get a refund instead of the them just delivering the order(please note most of the items were on special when I bought). I did not request for a refund, I just want my ordered items to be delivered with the same prices.
