HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM CASHIER (SELBY)PICK N PAY RIGDE TERRACE WELTEVREDENPARK

I had a horrible experience with a cashier called Selby today. Backstory; Dec/Jan I went to the bottle store to buy Windhoek drafts, it was my first time buying such so I asked 3 people (packer, security and cashier(Selby)) if I had to have an empty bottle to purchase this or if I will have to pay extra if I didnt have it. The packer and the security said they did not know and when then the cashier (Selby) said no.;I will only have to pay the price reflected. It was R36/38 for 2 Windhoek 600ml. I got to the till and the cashier on duty said that I have to pay for the empty. I then called the cashier (Selby) who advised me and asked him why would he give me inaccurate information and he said I wasnt clear or he didnt hear me properly and then I said to him he should have asked me to explain instead of giving me inaccurate information.

Fastforward to today when I went to buy again and he(Selby) was one of the people who was working on the till, I stood in line and he was supposed to serve me and he refused and said I was dramatic and he refuses to serve me (before I said anything), he was telling his ***orker. He proceeded to let people go past me as I stood infront of the till and carried on saying I was dramatic.

After there was no one else but me he left the shop and a nice lady proceeded to assist me confused as to what was going on. He came back and stood by the door to which we had a screaming match and words were exchanged.

I am upset because I dont care how much you think I have "drama" because you didnt give accurate information the first time but you can just do your job and proceed with life. I have reported this to customer service and will go even further because this means that if he is the only person working on a till we will not get served?????????

One of the customers who came after me even asked why is he not serving me and I said I am not sure and he proceeded to ignore me. I am definitely going to take this further because this type of behaviour is unacceptable and he is creating a hostile shopping environment for me and my family seeing that it is the closest supermarket to us.
