Ordered a few items on Mr D delivery on Thursday, 1 December 2022. Driver delivered only one bag. I thought everything was in one bag since it's just a few items, only for me to get home and realize that some of the items are missing. I called the driver and he told me that the store called him to come get the other bag. The driver said he told the store that he can only deliver the other bag if the store pays him because it's not his fault the bag got left behind. I called the store the following day, 2 December, at 08:05am asking them to deliver the remaining bag latest 10:00am as I won't be available on the delivery address I've provided after 10:00am. The lady I spoke to said I should call Mr D Delivery and lay a complaint against the driver because he intentionally left the bag behind. I told the Lady that I do not have the time for back and forth, I'm a customer and they should find a way to get my parcels to me. The driver also mentioned that he cannot deliver the other bag back since he'll be coming back for the second time and he uses fuel and fuel is expensive, As if I didn't pay a delivery fee. It's the 5th and my parcels haven't been delivered.
