HORRIBLE SERVICE

Went there to buy lunch in the cooked food section, this woman always gives us bad attitude ok... queued as we normally would que thinking we are doing it right, which on other days she & her friend would say we on the wrong side etc. She first serves people coming in after we are/were there, when she finally assists us no sense of emergency at all. We bought our food incl. chips & Russian, she put them together in one brown paper pack without asking if it is ok to do , which I know this shops do sometimes but in this case I do not want them in one pack, I try telling her she gives me the dirty look & serves the next person, Ladies @ that cooked food section serve as if they are doing us a favor, on other occasions when there, you need to call them out for assistance ,I wonder where they disappear to the other time their (manager) had to call them out to come help as it sounded like they were on lunch the same time, Been observing for sometime thinking they will change but its just getting worse.
