Horrible service ever

<p>I went yo Pick n pay Hazel park on Sunday looking to buy thing to bake . I looked aroun the shop i could find the paper cupcake holder , it so happen that i met Nomsa around the aile so i stopped her to ask if they are there or not ther at the shop. With an attitude and she seemed irritated that i asked her she wave d her hand to say she is not sure and i should just check on those aile and by the she was leaving me without even telling which aile. I was a bit disturbed by this as i was in a shop and if only she could just give a chance or show me where i can get them. I proceeded to the till and when i get there i asked the same question and Phumelele told me she is stressed and tired i should go and look for those things that i'm looking for as its not part of her job to look for things in the shop , packers are the one that are supposed to do that job.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean really i'm there to do shopping not to be given attitude and listen to how stessed people are, I aslo have my own problem but i didnt throw a fit . I have done most of my grocery shopping there but all the time i ahve witness cashier leaving the till to go and get grocery for the customer... what is wrong with my sisters is it beacuse i'm black or am i not supposed to ask if i cant see or find things around the shop. Phumelele and Nomsa ... your customer services sucks big time and Yvonne was there when that question was asked if the things that i was asking for she never seemed to be bothered.. i do understand i'm not doing and online shopping bu a bit of patience and customer service would have helped.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm so disapppointed pick an pay Hazel park your service for me was a zero yesterday.
