Horrible service

Bad service so early in the morning, I stood at the till at 9:10 the cashier (Dapheny)was assisting her colleagues who was not queuing we had to further wait as his card was declining. Finally I was assisted as I wanted to transfer money n she sent me to go que elsewhere I noticed the price on my slip n what was placed at the fridge had a price difference, I was sent back to Dapheny to get a refund I get there she assist 3 clients while am standing there. I got a phone call she & her manager Kelebogile keep asking me questions while am on a call. I then said to her am done she said I must wait because they tried asking me which fridge I got it from bt I was busy,she started screaming at me, I asked her why is she so rude and she told me I can go to the manager.ive never been so belittled I was in tears & left the red bull. I regret setting foot there such an old granny ruining my day. I left the sore at 9:30 with no assistance
