Horrible service delivery

PICK n Pay ASAP is litterally the worst service ever. on sunday the driver didnt tell us that the bags are over full as he took them out of his delivery bike, it ripped open dropping all my ietms on the floor. i immediately contacted the call centre and reported the damage and provided the footage. when speaking to call Centre agent and driver. no one said to me keep the open milk containers. i threw them away and cleaned up as a normal person should do. now they arrange a driver to collect broken goods instead of just refunding or replacing. what a **** i tell you. i wonder how many people have been done in by this method or approach. when we call your call centre proper instructions should be given on what to do. i dont think ill ever use this application again as this is not what is expected.
