Horrible service

I am highly frustrated with pic n pay asap as this is just one of the many times that I have been disappointed. I ordered food for my baby aswell as food for his next day for creche and it never got delivered. This order was placed at 16h30 and was cancelled just before 21h00. My child goes to creche at 06h00 in the morning. What am I suppose to do now. I received a missed call at 20h40 and when I called back no one picked up. Pic n pay does not come close to 60/60. The app indicates your delivery is in an hour but it never is. What a disappointing business. I will make sure I tell all my friends and family.
