Horrible service (cash back)

So I've been going to pick n pay for years now be it for groceries or just cash back.. Today at 11:30 I went to my regular pick n pay at station Square pretoria.. I bought my fruits and asked for 200 cash back the teller 1st of all after I greeted her didn't respond and just had this moody look, I ignored that but she then tells me she doesn't have R50???? even after I saw that she had notes. I then asked her can she ask the other tellers to assist me cause I need 200 then she says all the tellers don't have it cause they just clocked in???? she then ignored me standing there and proceeded to assist another customer without directing me where I could get it.. I then asked the teller next to her to assist me and the lady was shocked to hear that her colleague said she doesn't have R50 and gladly assisted me. I'm very dissapointed at the service I received from Tebogo Ledwaba she was rude and not willing to assist. I'm yet to get why they are so selfish with cash back as though I am taking the cash for free
