Horrible service
I placed an order via the ASAP at 11h40, it's 14h54 I still have not received my order. Pick 'n Pay Greenstone is not answering their phone, neither is anyone communicating with me. This is honestly ridiculous, how is your turn around time 60min when it takes you over 3 hours to deliver.

20 Aug 2024, 16:06I've called the ASAP Call Centre 3 times already and the response is "we will allocate the driver". It's been 5 hours now and the driver is still "being allocated".

23 Aug 2024, 12:41It's so unfortunate that today I that I had a similar experience today, my order was 2 hours late. When I called to find out, I was advised my order was cancelled, with no explanation whatsoever. I am never using the ASAP app ever again.
