Horrible service by Gugu

I went to Pick n Pay liquor in the afternoon to get a cash back at Diepkloof Square as I have withdrawan there before. The lady by the name of Gugu a cashier dismissed me like I was a nobody I'm way beneath her. The attitude in the manner she told me she doesn't do cashback was horrible and demeaning she clearly doesn't know what customer service is.
