Horrible Service

Just got back from doing some shopping at Pick n Pay store in Mdantsane City mall.

The only mistake that I did was not to wait to be called by the chashier so when I went to the till I was told that I should have waited to be called and I apologized and got I tongue lashing from the lady. I then asked if I should step back and she said I was already at her till so there was not point.

I then asked was was she so rude and giving me attitude and she said she was just telling me. I told her that there are more polite ways of conveying a message without being rude.

I told her that she was not doing me a favor by treating me the way she did and infact I was buying. She then said she is verywell aware of that.

I looked for a supervisor who was bussy at that moment but I just decided to leave the store.
