Horrible service

I was at pick and pay clothing Eastgate and I was assisted by a lady called Andiswa, she has a nasty attitude. First she wanted to assist me last when I came first but decided another lady came before me but the lady said it's fine I can through. I wanted cash back and she gave me an attitude and said she does not have money. I'm very disappointed by the level of service what happened to customer service.
