Horrible service at Pick n Pay Wonderpark

I went to Pick n Pay Wonderpark to buy groceries yesterday on 27 May 2018. While I was standing on the line to pay for my items I noticed that the cashier didn't have a packer and customers were packing for themselves, however, they had few items unlike me. So when I got to the till I nicely asked the cashier if she didn't have a packer, she just looked at me, didn't utter a word shook her head and continued to scan my items, didn't ask for assistance from her colleagues or supervisor. While I was busy unpacking from the trolley to the till table I noticed that she didn't have any intentions of packing my items. Obviously the items started piling up, soap on top of meat and toiletries. I went over to the other side of the till started packing my items, the cashier just sat there with her hands on her waist, waiting for me to create more space for her to put my items. Another lady, an employee came over to us, and asked her if she didn't have a packer, and started helping me pack my items. While we were busy packing, she stood up from the chair, waiting us to clean up more space for her to scan the items, and said" there's two of you and yet you are packing so slow, and started laughing and not assisting. I moved over to the other side of the till to pay, I gave her my bank card, looked back at the packer and looked back to the cashier. However, noticed that my bank card was on her hand, not in the speed point, and the speed point required a pin. I asked the cashier what was happening as she was still holding my card, she rudely told me to put the pin in, I asked her again as I was feeling uncomfortable, she demanded that I put in the pin, I did. I noticed that she was not wearing her name tag, I reached for the till slip in my plastic bags inside the trolley, her name is Busisiwe Matlala. As I was pushing the trolley walking towards the door, she walked past me and stood a few steps in front of my trolley, I continued to push the trolley towards her but she didn't move, as she was busy talking to her colleague. The colleague had to tell her to move aside, as she was moving she said "she wants to run me over, cant you see" . I decided to go to the manager's office to report her behavior. The manager Nadeem called her and her supervisor Lizy. Busisiswe the cashier was so irritated, annoyed and made me feel like I wasting her time, she didn't apologies for her shocking behavior. I spent over R3000 at Pick n Pay to be disrespected, taken for granted, ill-treated and treated like a child. Pick n Pay Wonderpark, train your employees on customer service s****s. I will never forget this horrible service.
