Horrible Service At Pick 'n Pay Daveyton Mall.

Pick 'n Pay Daveyton Mall. What a horrible experience on a Sunday afternoon. Cashiers are extremely rude. Was made to pack my own groceries worth R600. I was completely confused until another customer helped me. The lady at the till told me to my face that she's a cashier and not a packer. The supervisor Sharon, came and when my situation was explained to her, she literally walked away. I had to call her back and she still stood there siding with the teller. After leaving the till, they stood there laughing. Makes me wonder if they'd be the same service if it was not in a location but rather in the suburbs. I highly recommend in service training for the staff at Daveyton Mall. Horrible service.
