Horrible Service at Pick n Pay Birchleigh North

Very appalling and disgusting service I received from the security guard by the name of Phumzile at Pick n Pay Birchleigh North. She threw me with my till slip and told me to return tomorrow for the footage I requested after waiting for over 10 minutes regarding my missing chutney. She said to me “hey I want to knock off now”. When I asked her to call the manager because I was told I would be assisted today, she continued with her conversation as if I was not there, until I asked a staff member to please call me the manager for me. That gentlemen who was a Pick n Pay staff member was polite enough to redirect me to the manager’s office (where I saw Jacque who was so obviously annoyed with my request) to get the assistance I wanted. As if that was not enough, since the store was closed, after I was told that my chutney was in the bags, she went out and loudly spoke to her colleagues as if I was not there; telling them about the inconvenience I caused them because of the chutney that was placed in my bag. While inside the store, I told Jacque how rude this lady was, this is after he saw the lady making rude gestures towards me. I informed him that I will be reporting this to Pick n Pay, to my astonishment, he gladly wrote me her name on my till slip. So, this made me wonder if I will even get a response from Pick n Pay, if the manager is already undaunted about this situation.
