Horrible service at Pick ‘n Pay

I had a very bad experience at Pick n pay. On the 28th Jan I bought a ****in mix at pick n pay in Table Bay May,on Sunday after mixing all the oils,eggs and water I opened the pack only to get worms in the pack so I had to throw away the mixture of eggs n oil cos the pack is rotten. To take this back to Table Bay mall will cost me R120 with the ubber💔.

My bad experience did not only end there,on the 31stJan I was at pick n Pay Canal Walk I ask this gentleman buy the fruit and vegetables to assist,his name is Brandon he was so unprofessional he was playing a game on his phone while am speaking with him and he didn’t not assist me. Then I get by the till point on teller 15 the lady was buy on her WhatsApp while scanning our grocery I was busy packing then she tells me she didn’t scan the yogisip that I already put in the trolley cos she was not concentrating she was busy on whatsapp so I took my items assuming she already scanned.

May pick n pay train the staff properly and ensure the staff on the shelves are fresh as they should be.
