Horrible service at Pick and pay Rand Stream

HORRIBLE SERVIECE I received from Pick and Pay Rand Stream today 23/06/2023. I went to buy as few few things at pick and pay today and unfortunately there was loadshedding and I did not have my bank card with me, I needed to withdraw cash R200 to be exact via Cash Send so that I could pay for my 3items at the till. All 4 tills that were open at 3:35 in the afternoon and none of them could help me with the withdrawals and was told that they "Do not have R200". Nobody was willing to assist with the withdrawal, nobody was even willing to go to the cash office to get the R200 that I was gonna use at their store. I had to leave the store without making my purchase. So disappointed, given the fact that I shop there on a daily, this kind of service was unacceptable.
