Horrible service and unhelpful customer agents

Horrible PnP ASAP service from the contact center and Pick n Pay Steeldale. I placed an order around 3pm and it was scheduled to be delivered between 5:30-6pm (already late). It’s currently 7:30pm and I still don’t have my order. I’ve called the customer care team numerous times but no one has given me a solution. The last agent I spoke to said my order had been cancelled and he didn’t even know why. I was sent from pillar to post, promised callbacks but no one actually called. That order had my sanitary products that I desperately need! Very pathetic service.
