Horrible service and Poor customer service

What a horrible service, poor cusomer service we have been treated unfairly. I went Pick n Pay Mega Mart to withdraw SASSA (Social Grant) for my kids as their mother was not feeling well, i have been told that Man/Father are not allowed to withdraw. My Girl Friend gave me her card an Pin including her ID document but some idiots still refused. Why other Pick n Pay can do that ? What is so special about Mega Mart Pick n Pay ? Why are we not receiving the same customer service that we receveing in other Pick n Pay ? This rulling that was made on behalf of SASSA sucks if i wont get any answer to this am going to take it to the next level.
