Horrible service and bitter cake

went to Rondebosch PNP on the 29th to order a cake and I was told their baker by the name of Sarah does not allow orders if she's not in store. I spoke to a manager Grant, and he told the bakery staff to take my order. They reluctantly tool my order saying that they are scared of Sarah anyway, the next day I called and spoke to Sarah to confirm my order and she was rude on the phone and confirmed receipt thereof. on the 31st at 12h45 I went to the store to get the birthday cake and Sarah rudely said I should go and come back as she is not done with the cake as I ordered the cake in her absence and I ignored that she told the bakery staff that no orders are allowed if she's not there. She made a scene ad I was in disbelief. Never in my life have been treated like that. I work with customers myself and I know how to treat people. The lady manager on duty on the 31st apologized and said I should wait I will get it in 30 minutes. I cried with such treatment from the time I ordered the cake. I went home birthday was great and the cake looked amazing until we had to eat it. The icing was bitter and weren't able to eat the cake. Unfortunately the next early morning I had a trip and i only came back yesterday hence I am corresponding now. I will never ever recommend anyone to order pnp cakes and I will make a noise on every social media platform. I am so hurt with the overall experience
