Horrible service

today at about 14:32 at pick n pay mulbarton i was given a bitter, terrible and humiliating service by Nombulelo Mncina, who made fun of me with her friend who was packing my groceries.

I politely asked Nombulelo, in zulu language to check how much do i have on my smart shopper card. she kept saying "what" to me as if she doesnt understand zulu. so because of her rude responses , I switched to my broken English. she assisted me.

When i had to sign the receipt, she didn't have a pen, she asked for a pen in zulu language from her colleague. to my suprise she can speak Zulu. as soon as they released that I'm shocked that she can speak zulu . nombulelo and her friend who was assisting with putting my groceries in the plastic bags they started laughing at me, very loud. if you dont believe me, please check the cameras.

I always do my groceries at pick n pay mulbarton, but after embarrassing my husband and i next to other customers,. i wont come there anymore. I'm very hurt and disappointed, she spoiled my anniversary. was suppose to be preparing nice dinner for our anniversary but here i am typing my complaint. if shes going to judge and humiliate customers like this, people will stop coming to your store. and please let her know that i might have looked cheap but i hold 2 degrees and have a professional career, next time she shouldn't judge people by their looks. I am ****ed off, i always get great service and this is my favorite store. But today i was made to feel stupid
