HORRIBLE SERVICE

The worst customer service ever. You place an order and the driver just decides not to deliver and cancels the order THEN pick n pay has the audacity to just say "sorry" and you have to then wait 3-5 business days for a refund you never asked for, YET they debited my account immediately - how does that work ? so your drivers can do what they want and the customer must be inconvenienced on all fronts, no compensation , nothing ??? Your driver did not even approach reception. and i order all the time - this nonsense of calling a client supposedly has never happened . that is why people have receptionists !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SORRY DOES NOT CUT IT . ORDER #***
