Horrible Service

Maponya mall Pnp service is pathetic . I bought a TV in nov 2019 and today I decided to return it and get my refund as it has been giving me challenges , An extremely rude lady by the name of Boitumelo Mdluli refused to prove me with the refund , The tv has a guarantee and a 5 year warranty . I refuse to let this go unchallenged because as a customer I have a right to return the product when I not satisfied with it . Maponya mall pnp has always had the worst service and as customers we overlook it , So Pnp I am expecting to have this whole ordeal resolved and I get my money back .
