Horrible service

I sent my husband and daughter to Pick n Pay on friday evening to get the specials they have on their catalogue.I screenshot the 4 day broshure special they have going on.They get home and all the specials on the broshure was rung up and went threw except the sugar and the cashier rang up the Jacobs coffee twice but we only got one.The special was a 10kg bag of sugar at R154.99.This was rung up for R199.00.I call pick and pay when they get home on this number *** several times and no answer.I called them again on saturday and still no response.My husband and daughter go to pick n pay in promenade mall and they are told by the supervisor that the sugar is a online special.This is not true because i was not shopping online i looked at the broshure online.She went on saying that we cannot have the sugar at that price.My husband and daughter also said there were many people who returned the kettle that was on special aswell,but they were told its a online deal.Were is the lie.
