Horrible service

Yesterday afternoon I went to pick n pay towers in Boksburg during my lunch break,yohi have never experienced such horrible appalling service in my entire customer experience at pick n pay.After picking what I needed I went to the till to pay,as the cashier by the name of Lonky was scanning my things I asked her for a cash back of R400,and she rudely said to me "Ayikho imali".I asked her if she can't ask one of the other cashiers to help me,she called out to the cashier next to her "so and so unayo imali","number 6" responded the 9ther cashier.She then looked at me and said "number 6".I asked what is number 6."You will get the cash at number 6 she responded.So I asked but you have already scanned my things and I need to pay for them.She said "kuzomele uye enumber 6 with them".I asked if I had to requeue again at number six.I think its her team leader or something that was standing next to her counter who responded "yes you will queue again because these other clients there already",I had to repack my things in the trolly and go to number 6.I am still furious to this day and I will never ever buy at pick n pay if this is how I am going to be treated and the coldness of that cashier as she spoke to me,I felt like I'm nothing.😡😡😡
