Horrible Service

Dear PNP your stores are being inconsistent. On saterday I went to newton park pnp and the RUDE lady at your information desk said that the pampers for 110 was not stocked at their store and that I should go to pnp hyper market in william moffet. Got to william moffet NO STOCK. Asked for a rain cheque but they dont give rain cheques for sale items as per WILLIAM MOFFET MANAGER. On facebook I see a rain cheque was given to another client. Pls EXLAIN how this is fair customer service. This all happened in PORT ELIZABETH
