Horrible service

I would give it no stars but that’s not an option. I ordered via the asap! App, what a mistake. It’s the second time trying the app and I’m still disappointed. My groceries arrived a day late and the store in new Redruth Alberton took no responsibility for it. Their system and drivers have no work ethic. I needed groceries for Friday after work and the next morning and I had none. My husband baby and I had to eat fruit for breakfast. It’s frustrating as the money very quickly went out of my account but no groceries came to me. The driver claims to have come at 3 but I chose the 4pm as I’m not back from work yet. Why have the time slots if they are not adhered to. I had to go to the store myself and pick the order up. I will never shop there again or use their app service. I also will not recommend their services to anyone
